Cancellations/Rescheduling

We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.

Less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a ban from future bookings and forfeiture of your deposit.

If a deposit is not on file, a 30% fee will be charged to the card on file.

Lateness

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments (excluding services scheduled for 10 minutes or less). If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. If we are still able to accommodate you, a $10 late fee will be applied. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if your appointment is cancelled due to lateness.

All Sales Final-No Refunds
